How to manage the support ticket queue in WHMCS

Description
  • Almost all of your clients will eventually submit a support ticket for some reason.
  • Go to Support tab and click on Support tickets option.
  • To open a support ticket, click its Subject. You can change the ticket’s status using this drop-down menu.
  • Enter your reply and scroll down. Select what to do after posting your reply.
  • You can insert a Knowledgebase link, a Predefined Ticket Reply or an Attachment using these fields. You can also add a billing entry right here, instead of having to do that separately.
  • Let’s add a Predefined Reply. Select a Reply and then scroll up. The predefined reply will be inserted. The reply will overwrite any existing contents of the box. Click on Add response after finishing the processes.
  • Scroll down to verify whether your reply was submitted correctly.
  • You can make Search/Filter through the button at top. Specify the settings and then click on Filter button.
  • You can make automated refreshing option by clicking on Set Auto Refresh and give the option through drop down menu. Choose the option and click on Set Auto Refresh.
  • You can merge, close or delete tickets using these buttons.
