Managing support tickets

Description
  • Log into Direct Admin as a reseller.
  • Go to Account Management and click Manage Tickets link.
  • Main page for managing support tickets from your customers (users) will appear.
  • You can see list of tickets and specifications in the listing.
  • If you don?t want to use Direct Admin ticketing system, make sure to uncheck the box and enter a link to ticketing system you want to choose.
  • Click message subject to read the ticket. Reply to ticket can be seen. Click on Save button, when done.
  • Click on Send a Message tab to create message. Fill in options and click on Save button, when done.
  • You can click on Message System link to proceed. You can use this system to send a message to your administrator or review messages sent you from admin or automatically from server. You can click message to take a look at it.
