How to configure a Client Support Center in H-Sphere

Description
  • Log into your reseller admin section.
  • Customer support can be accomplished via tickets sent though their control panel support center or through direct questions sent to Support email address.
  • Scroll over settings and click Tech Support option. Enter support address for your customers in default email from tab in mass mail section. Click on Submit button. Scroll down. You can configure trouble tickets section by filling various columns in it. Click Save button, when done.
  • Scroll on Support Center and click client support center option. Ticket dashboard will appear where your client tickets are accumulated. You may manage it by using top menu options.
  • Click tickets title to open it. Scroll down to see ticket details. You may see the options available for managing tickets in Support Tickets menu.
  • Scroll over Support tickets and click on My assigned tickets or Unassigned tickets to know about the respective cases. To create a new ticket, select Make a New ticket and fill form.
  • Tickets can be searched by clicking on Search Tickets tab.
  • You can also check knowledgebase to get consultation from knowledgebase stored.
  • Scroll over settings and click my profile option to change settings in your profile. Enter details and click on submit button.
  • Scroll over Security and click Security Administration. You can edit privileges for your support system and assign different admins to them in this selection. When ready, click on save button to save settings.
